C-CLUB MENU NOTICE TO MEMBERS

Chambersburg Club Members,

Notice to members:

Attention Membership!!

There will be a special Membership Meeting on Tuesday August 11^th at 5:30PM outside the club onour new picnic tables. There will be no food or beverages allowed at this meeting. The purpose ofthis meeting is to vote the potential waiting list applicants to the waiting list and to then include them with the ones currently there and vote them all into membership pending outcome of the votes. These individuals have been waiting since late February to gain membership. If you are a sponsor and cannot attend, please see Bryan.

This will be the only topic for this meeting though our intent is to have a normal meeting as soon as it is possible.

Additionally, the smoking vote has been extended through September 7^th

With the intent if possible, to have a regular Membership meeting on September 8^th
